The programme for the 3B behaviour-based management training course centres on identifying participants’ complex personality types. The training does not develop management tools, strategies and skills or improve on weaknesses. Instead, it equips participants with real and practical management tools by defining specific strengths/weaknesses in the managers’ personalities. The course also introduces the management personality type chart, which significantly increases team cohesion and takes effective cooperation to a new level. The training course also includes personality type analysis of the managers’ subordinates and the teams. As a result, participants are able to use the knowledge they have acquired immediately in their everyday work within their own teams to motivate staff and resolve inter-generational conflicts.
Day 2: Identifying 3B complex personality types (4 main types / 12 subtypes). Creating a personality type chart for yourselves, your team and the management.
Day 2: Using 3B complex personality type analysis in specific managerial tasks. Creating a system of incentives, and understanding and handling generational differences.
Day 3: Applying 3B behaviour-based managerial skills in practice and creating a system of tools to be used by managers.
