We created the 3B basic test in 2005 by combining the most important and effective elements of several well-known American business psychological systems. Since then 10 years and more than 200,000 assessments have turned what was the basis into the starting point for today’s unique forms of analysis.
The 4-point measurement system adds a new, important factor to the evaluation of the tests which have been used at 3B for more than a decade. It also shows the long-term future, personality type modifications planned by the person for a period of 3-5 years or more and the mask they wish to wear. This addition allows the entire lifespan of the person’s personality and behaviour to be noted down and illustrated. The candidates will also find out when they are planning, if at all, to return to their own, original personalities. Customers gain a precise overview of the behavioural patterns they can expect in the future compared to what is shown at present. Therefore, instead of the original-mask-modified stages of personality used in the basic analysis, original personality-modified personality and short-term mask-long-term mask factors will be listed in the evaluation.
The 3B basic test developed for children of reading age. We recommend that the test be used up to 3 years after the child’s last year in school, i.e. until the individual has 3 years’ work experience. The junior tests follow the same concept as the other 3B tests, meaning they are user-friendly and easy to complete. After 5 years of testing, the junior tests are officially available from 1st September 2015. Alongside specific analysis the tests also provide customers with advice on the careers and jobs most or least suited to certain personality types. This information helps children or young graduates make sound career choices and provides them with a smooth transition into adult LIFE.
3B carries out a great deal of research and analysis into children’s personality development. Over the last 8 years our analysts have followed the lives of almost 100 children, examining important reactions and identification points with the close cooperation of their parents. In 2015 the first document was finished, which, using simple methods, gives parents the tools to recognise their child’s personality type early on and advises on parenting techniques in line with the child’s personality type. These documents will be published in test form on 15th January 2016. The kid tests, based on parents’ observations, examine the roots of the child’s personality type and, based on this, provide the customer with parenting advice and guidance.
